Transition Assistant
To support the administration and implementation of the College Admissions function.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
* To support the delivery of the cross-college admissions and transition function, as directed by the Senior Officer: Admissions
* To contribute to the administration and organisation of the school’s liaison programme, including careers events, school visits and taster activities
* To work in partnership with external and internal stakeholders to provide an admissions and transition function that is efficient and effective
* To support the administration of the interview processes
* To process UCAS applications for Higher Education courses offered at the College
* To monitor electronic learner applications
* To contribute to the planning and development of the cross-college admissions and transition function to ensure student satisfaction and retention
* To support with the enrolment process, responding to telephone and email queries within an appropriate time frame
