We are working with a property company with offices in Castleford who are seeking a temporary administrator to join this small but busy team environment. This role will initially be for a 4-6month period and could lead to a permanent opportunity. Working between the hours of 8-5, this busy admin role will involve;

Processing high volume of invoices
Updating trackers
Managing completion of works
Working across teams to gather information
Receipting of invoices
Printing of documents
General administration support

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced setting, this role will be office based for the first month but will become hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The successful candidate will have;

Minimum of 1 year's administration experience
Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
Strong MS Office skills including Word & Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Calm under pressure
Able to work in a reactive setting
