This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and communication skills. Experience using Sage is desirable but not essential — a willingness to learn is more important.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the sales team
* Process sales orders, quotations and invoices
* Maintain accurate customer and sales records
* Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
* Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments
* Prepare quotations and assist with customer follow-ups
* Assist with order processing and delivery coordination
* Keep records and databases up to date
* Produce reports and complete general administrative duties
* Support the wider team as required
About You
* Previous administration or sales administration experience is desirable
* Sage experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
* Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, professional and positive approach
