The Role
As an Associate, you'll manage a portfolio of complex Serious Injury claims, predominantly arising from RTA matters, with values ranging from £150,000 to multi-million-pound settlements.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading case strategy from inception through to settlement
Managing liability, quantum, rehabilitation, and litigation issues
Securing early interim payments and rehabilitation funding
Working alongside medical experts, counsel, case managers, care experts, architects, and financial specialists
Supervising and mentoring junior team members
Delivering exceptional outcomes through a collaborative, client-focused approach
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
Qualified Solicitor or CILEX status with significant post-qualification experience (typically 8+ years PQE)
Experience handling complex, high-value Serious Injury matters
Strong technical expertise in liability, quantum, and litigation strategy
The ability to manage complex cases independently
Previous mentoring or supervisory experience
Excellent client care and communication skills
