Exciting Opportunity: Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Working Pattern: 9am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch break

Our client, a reputable and dynamic legal firm based in Gillingham, is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the conveyancing team, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
Draught and prepare legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with a keen eye for detail
Maintain accurate and organised files, both electronically and physically, to ensure compliance and ease of access
Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication throughout the conveyancing process
Assist in managing deadlines and ensuring that all tasks are completed within specified time framesThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within conveyancing or property law
Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
A proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment
