Job Title: Estimator – Bespoke Joinery
Office Based: Billericay
Remuneration: £50,000neg

The role of Estimator – Bespoke Joinery will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with a high end range of bespoke commercial joinery projects (desks, panelling, furniture, cabinets and surfaces)
- May be a requirement to visit sites across the South East & London
- Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines
- Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Bespoke Joinery with
- Must have Estimating experience within the joinery / bespoke joinery / cabinet maker / bespoke furniture market or closely related sectors
- Highly advantageous to have knowledge of Contract Controller
- Great technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player who also works well individually
