Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays on a rota basis. Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £41,000.

Role and Responsibilities
You will need to be hands on in your approach to help support the Service Manager in driving the department forward, ensuring targets are met and budgets are managed. You will also be versed in all aspects of the service department.
To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the service department
To maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories
To ensure that all manufacturers’ policies and procedure are adhered
Assist with planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets
Managing and development of the team
Growing workshop utilisation and efficiency
Exceeding customer satisfaction
Managing the smooth running and day to day activity of the Service DepartmentThe ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor, but is looking for their first step into management.
