About the Junior Buyer RoleAs a Supply Chain Graduate, you’ll rotate across key areas of the supply chain, gaining hands‑on experience and developing the critical skills needed to progress into a specialist or leadership role. You’ll work closely with experienced teams, contribute to real business projects, and drive improvements that make a tangible impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimisation
Assisting with supplier management, procurement activities, and cost analysis
Working with logistics partners to improve delivery performance
Contributing to continuous improvement projects across the supply chain
Using data and analytics to support decision‑making and improve processes
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end operationsWhat We’re Looking For
A recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Strong Excel and data skills (bonus if experienced with ERP systems)
