Customer Service Advisor
Location: Horley, Surrey
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and professional team based in Horley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently
- Managing orders, bookings, or service requests from start to finish
- Updating internal systems with customer details and interactions
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive, approachable, and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Confident IT skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
