About the Role
Whites Construction Management is looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-end residential construction projects across Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for quality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing construction sites safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management of site operations.
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
* Lead, manage, and support site teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient project delivery.
* Monitor project progress, resources, budgets, and programme deadlines.
* Carry out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safe working practices are maintained.
* Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively to minimise delays.
* Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress reports, and incident documentation.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 4 years' experience as a Site Manager.
* Experience managing high-end residential construction projects.
* Valid SMSTS certification.
* Valid CSCS card.
* Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Contract Details
* Self-employed contract position.
* Projects based throughout Kent.
* Immediate start available for the right candidate.
