Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for pricing, profitability, and market dynamics? For an international leader in modular space and infrastructure solutions, active across the Netherlands and Belgium, we are looking for a talented Pricing Manager ENSE & Benelux (m/v/x) to drive pricing excellence across the ENSE and Benelux regions.
As Pricing Manager, you will be, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Business Leadership. You will develop and execute pricing strategies that strengthen profitability, ensure compliance with group guidelines, and promote a strong pricing culture across the Netherlands and Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
ENSE Pricing Controlling
- Develop and manage pricing strategies across ENSE based on product, market, and competitive insights
- Lead the implementation of the Pricing & Margin Playbook and enhance pricing processes and standards
- Support the rollout of Dynamic Deal Scoring in Salesforce
- Advise on tactical pricing initiatives (campaigns, promotions, rebates) to optimize profitability
- Drive holistic margin optimization through levers such as product mix, cost management, and discount policies
- Identify and capture opportunities to increase margins in both leasing and sales businesses
- Coach team members on key pricing and margin principles
- Deliver and present actionable pricing and margin analyses to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Science to improve dashboards and reporting
- Provide training to leadership and pricing teams to strengthen pricing excellence
Benelux Pricing Management
- Own and execute the pricing strategy for the Netherlands and Belgium in alignment with group policies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt pricing approaches effectively
- Work with Finance to analyze profit margins per product and optimize pricing decisions
- Align pricing with operational capacity and manpower planning
- Ensure accurate communication of price updates to Sales teams
- Implement pricing updates in CRM and ERP systems on time and with precision
- Collaborate with Procurement and Product teams to maintain consistency in pricing strategies
- Lead internal communication and process improvements related to pricing
- Monitor competitor prices and gather actionable market insights
- Build and promote a strong pricing and margin culture within Sales
- Participate in sales meetings and provide insights into key results and market trends
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Marketing)
- Proven experience leading end-to-end pricing initiatives and improving business processes
- Strong ability to demonstrate financial impact of pricing activities
- Excellent project management skills and experience in matrix organizations
- Strong Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.) is an advantage
