Manpower is looking for a Mechanical Manager for an organization in Enschede.
As a manager within the Disassembly & Dismantling department, you are responsible for the daily supervision and success of multiple projects at the same time. Your responsibilities include:
- Daily supervision of mechanics and preparation of the work
- Creating and executing (daily) schedules
- Managing project budgets and the financial progress of the department
- Correctly managing and administrating recycling and waste streams
- Ensuring safety and quality during aircraft dismantling
- Coordinating and reporting to other departments, such as Warehouse & Logistics and Sales
- Conducting job interviews and expanding the team of mechanics
- Arranging inspections and ensuring the availability of the correct tools and equipment
- Assisting with aircraft dismantling yourself when necessary or possible
- Gross monthly salary between €4,800 and €5,500
- A direct contract with the employer
- A full-time workweek of 40 hours

Working hours
