We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Front Office Team. Our Front Office is the heart of the hotel: where we welcome guests with a warm smile and provide a hospitality experience that goes beyond expectations. Whether it’s international travelers, business guests, or stranded passengers – you make the difference.
As a Receptionist, no day is ever the same. You are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure their stay runs smoothly. Your tasks include:
- Checking guests in and out
- Providing information and advice about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Creating and managing reservations (online and at the desk)
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Resolving complaints and questions with empathy and a smile
- Supporting stranded passengers with extra care and attention
- You speak fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- You have a hospitable, positive, and energetic personality
- You remain calm and friendly, even in busy or challenging situations
- You enjoy working in an international and dynamic hotel environment
- You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
