Wat je gaat doen As a junior production operator at FrieslandCampina in Leerdam, you will play a hands-on role in producing and packaging cheese using advanced automated machinery. You will start with guided training, gradually taking on more responsibilities as you grow into the position. • Operate and monitor: automated production and packaging lines to ensure smooth processes.
• Perform: quality checks on cheese products and packaging to maintain high standards.
• Adjust: machine settings and respond to minor deviations in the production process.
• Collaborate: with experienced operators and technical teams to resolve more complex issues.
• Maintain: a clean and organized workspace while adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.

Working hoursYou will work in a fixed 3-shift schedule:

• Morning shift: 07:00–15:00
• Evening shift: 15:00–23:00, Friday until 22:30
• Night shift: 23:00–07:00
