Your role in our team
As a Data Governance/Collibra engineer, you'll ensure vital data governance workflows and platform adoption, preventing major operational inefficiencies and compliance risks. Your key responsibilities include:
- Translating user needs into intuitive workflows and dashboards for diverse business personas
- Developing and delivering onsite training and coaching tailored to users' roles
- Promoting adoption through structured change management and communication campaigns
- Aligning user experience solutions with backend data processes
- Continuously gathering feedback to improve Collibra and support user engagement

Who we're looking for
We're seeking a talented individual with:
- University degree (Bachelor's / Master's) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics)
- 3+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding and experience in developing and operating Collibra from a user and business perspective
- Experience in training, coaching, and change management
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional Collibra configurations
- Experience with persona-based design or UX principles
- Familiarity with metadata, data lineage, and data catalog concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
