Are you ready to lead AI infused digital finance transformations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations? As a Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering AI / Agentic ERP programs that drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth for our clients. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams and alliance partners to shape the future of finance.
In addition to your responsibility in managing teams and effectively leading complex programs/projects, you also make an active contribution to business development and the growth of our Dynamics 365 practice. Based on your expertise, you take the lead in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships and acquiring new assignments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to?'to?'end AI?'driven ERP transformation programs, integrating agentic capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations;
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions infused by AI;
- Manage cross?'functional teams and oversee delivery quality, timelines, and budgets;
- Advise clients on finance process optimization, SOx compliance, and digital enablement;
- Collaborate with Microsoft and other alliance partners to co?'develop go?'to?'market strategies;
- Contribute to business development through client relationship management and taking a leading role in transforming opportunities into projects;
- Mentor junior colleagues and support talent development within the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- You have at least 8 years of experience in transformations/implementation with Microsoft Business Applications, specifically Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations;
- You have hands?'on experience with international ERP implementations, leveraging global templates while effectively managing local deviations;
- You are proficient in integrating agentic AI into ERP delivery processes and Go?'to?'Market strategies (e.g., generating GenAI use cases). This enables you to stay at the forefront of innovation and understand the evolving possibilities within autonomous ERP systems;
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations;
- Prior consulting experience with Big Four or similar firms;
- You have a strategic mindset and do not lose the main goal despite all the details;
- You have the soft skills to identify issues with our customers and address them appropriately based on a strong customer relationship;
- You have strong analytical skills;
- You speak and write English and Dutch fluently;
- You live in the Netherlands;
- You have completed a university education;
- You stand firmly on your own two feet and are not afraid to speak your mind.
