Functieomschrijving:
As a production worker, you are active in several parts of the production process. You help prepare the line, keep the process clean and check whether the product is handled correctly. In general, your tasks are:

• Preparing ingredients, materials and workstations before production starts.
• Helping during product changes and making sure the line can restart smoothly.
• Checking products during the process and reporting deviations.
• Packing, sorting and preparing finished products for the next step.
• Cleaning machines, tools and work areas according to hygiene rules.
• Supporting small adjustments or basic issues on the line.
• Following recipes, work instructions and food safety procedures.
• Helping colleagues when another workstation needs extra support.

Functievereisten:
This role is a good match if you already know what it is like to work in production and enjoy a hands-on job. You do not need to be a technical specialist, but you do need to work carefully and keep the process moving. You match this role if you have:

• Experience in a production environment.
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts.
• Able to work accurately and follow hygiene and food safety rules.
• Good command of English and/or Dutch.
• Team-minded attitude and willingness to help colleagues.
• Own transport, because the location is difficult to reach by public transport.
• Experience in food production is a plus.
