Essential ingredients:
- Preferably experience in a similar role in a large hotel;
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays;
- You are proactive, stress-resistant, quality-focused, and have an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present the breakfast buffet;
- Monitor the quality, freshness, and presentation of all items;
- Restock and maintain the buffet throughout service;
- Contribute ideas for new breakfast creations and improvements;
- Guide and support kitchen assistants or trainees during breakfast service;
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing ordered food supplies;
- Keeping the work area clean and organised;
