This is one of the most unique technical roles in the Netherlands.
What will you do?
You are responsible for performing and leading mechanical tests: acoustic tests, vibration tests, shock tests, and mass properties tests. Equipment destined for space is first entrusted to your hands.
You also ensure that the test facilities remain fully operational at all times — from preventive maintenance to troubleshooting and implementing improvements. You collaborate with international clients and colleagues on complex space programmes and industrial projects.
No two days are the same. No project is ordinary.
What do you bring?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience with mechanical test and measurement systems
- Knowledge of vibration and acoustic test facilities
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to read electrical diagrams
- Ability to work independently in accordance with applicable processes and requirements
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Flexible availability — including occasional shift work and Saturdays
Missing some knowledge or experience? Apply anyway. We'll be upfront about what you don't need to know yet — and we'll teach you the rest. What we can't teach is drive and technical instinct. And that's exactly what we're looking for.
