As an operator, you make sure the production lines run smoothly and the quality always stays high.Depending on your experience and interest, you can start as a Process Operator or as a Packaging Operator. In both roles, you are an important part of the team and contribute to a successful production process.

Functieomschrijving:
As an operator, you keep the process running and ensure the production line works without interruptions. You take responsibility and work together with your colleagues to achieve the best results.

• You will rebuild the production line according to the planning
• You will set and adjust machines, such as foil packaging machines
• You will guide and supervise colleagues on the line
• You will check labels and product quantities
• You will carry out quality checks during the process

Functievereisten:
With the right attitude and motivation, you can really grow here. You have technical insight and experience in the food sector.

• You have experience in the food or bakery industry
• You have knowledge of operating production lines and machines
• You pay attention to materials, safety, hygiene, and quality (HACCP)
• You have an independent and solution-oriented way of working
• You have team spirit and can handle work pressure well
