Machine Operator

Functieomschrijving:
Your Role as Machine OperatorEvery day you make sure production never skips a beat. You know how to set up and adjust machines, watch over the process, and keep everything running efficiently.Your tasks include:

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machines;
• Monitoring output and checking quality standards;
• Fixing minor malfunctions and reporting technical issues;
• Working according to strict hygiene and safety rules;
• Taking part in continuous improvement and efficiency projects;
• Keeping machines and your workstation clean and ready.

You’ll work in a rotating 3-shift system that keeps our production going around the clock.

What You BringWe’re looking for a motivated professional who likes working with machines and enjoys being part of a team.

• Work experience as Machine Operator or in a similar production role;
• Technical insight and a practical mindset;
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts;
• Good communication in Dutch or English;
• Hands-on, reliable, and safety-conscious;
• Eye for detail and quality.
