Over het werk
This company packages personalized medication sachets for healthcare institutions. In addition, they also have a standard warehouse with medicines, and there are several machines that produce the personalized medication batches. In these sachets, medications are filled per patient and time period. This process takes place on three machines, and you will ensure that the machines operate properly and continue running.
You will refill the machines with specific products such as medications and plastic rolls. The machines then produce sachets filled with prescribed medications for specific times. Afterward, the sachets pass through a sensor that checks the medication. If any errors occur in the system, you will investigate and try to resolve them. For example, a pill might be hidden behind another, causing the sensor to misread it, or a pill might be broken. You will correct the issue and ensure that the batch matches the prescribed recipe. Finally, you will make sure that the batches are packed and prepared for shipment. Throughout the entire process, strict quality requirements apply since you are working with pharmaceutical products, which means it's important that you work with precision and care.
