This company packages personalized medication pouches for healthcare institutions. In addition, they maintain a standard warehouse stocked with medicines and operate several machines that produce the personalized medication batches. These pouches are filled with medicines per patient and specific time schedules. The process takes place on three machines, and your responsibility will be to ensure that the machines operate smoothly and continuously.
You will refill the machines with various materials, such as medicines and plastic rolls. The machines then produce pouches filled with medicines according to prescription and timing. Afterward, the pouches pass through a sensor that checks the accuracy of the medications. If any errors occur in the system, you will investigate and try to resolve the issue. For example, one medicine may be positioned behind another, causing the sensor to misread it, or a medicine might be broken. You will correct these errors to ensure the batch matches the prescribed formulation. Finally, you will package the batches and prepare them for shipment. Throughout the entire process, strict quality standards apply due to the pharmaceutical nature of the products, so it is essential to work carefully and precisely.
If you are interested in the morning shift, your working hours will be Monday and Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, and Tuesday through Thursday from 06:00 to 14:30. If you prefer the evening shift, your hours will be Monday and Friday from 11:30 to 20:00, and Tuesday through Thursday from 13:30 to 22:00.
