Responsibilities
Collect and deliver laundry for the guest
Receive and wash dry cleaning
Organizing the staff uniforms
Washing, drying, and ironing the guest clothes and uniforms
Inspect the uniforms for stains, damages or wear, and follow proper procedures for stain removal, and reporting any issues to the supervisor
Fold and organize the clothes for distribution to various hotel departments
Collaborate with housekeeping, and other departments.
Requirements
Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and manage various types of linen, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain a well-organized linen room, manage inventory, and efficiently handle large volumes of laundry.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure to meet the demands of a busy hotel environment.
Ability to understand and follow instructions, with basic reading and writing skills in English.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and during peak hotel occupancy periods.
