You carefully push the last wire harness into place, everything fits perfectly. The right components, the exact length, the correct finish. And you know: this assembly will be part of a larger system that only works if your work is done with precision. Do you enjoy working with your hands, have a sharp eye for detail, and like technical work? Then this could be the right job for you.

For a production company in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for a hands-on and accurate Assembly Operator. This company specializes in processing and assembling custom-made wire harnesses and electrical components. The working environment is informal and supportive, with a strong focus on craftsmanship and teamwork.

As an Assembly Operator, your main task is to produce custom-made cable and wire harnesses based on technical drawings and production instructions. These are scheduled by the planning department and team leads. You'll perform quality checks throughout the process and make sure every product meets the required standards. You'll also learn to set up various machines and tools, and record any extra or missing components used during assembly. If you notice problems or see ways to improve the process, you're encouraged to speak up. You'll work independently, but always as part of a close-knit and motivated team.

What do we expect from you?

• You are available full-time (38 hours per week);
• You work in day shift from 07:15 to 16:15;
• You are accurate and can work independently;
• You speak Dutch and/or English;
• You have a practical mindset and a flexible attitude;
• You're not afraid to learn from mistakes and take responsibility;
• You are a team player with a professional approach;
• Experience in (cable) assembly is a plus, but not required.
