As a Cleanroom Operator working in a 2-shift system, you will help manufacture metal hoses and technical components that have to meet strict quality standards. No previous cleanroom experience? No problem. Technical knowledge? Definitely a plus. What matters most is your motivation, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

🔧 What will you do?

You will work as part of a dedicated team producing components where even the smallest detail can make a difference.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling and installing metal hoses and technical components;
• Working from technical drawings and clear work instructions;
• Checking products for quality, leaks and pressure resistance;
• Cleaning components and carefully preparing them for shipment;
• Following strict quality and hygiene procedures;
• Contributing ideas to improve the production process and working closely with your colleagues;
• Working in a controlled cleanroom environment where accuracy is more important than speed.
• You will receive proper training and learn step by step how to work with the products, materials and techniques.

⏰ Working in 2 shifts

You will work in a structured 2-shift system, alternating between morning and afternoon shifts. This gives you a clear routine during the week — and on Fridays, you can start your weekend nice and early.

The morning shift is from Monday through Thursday from 06:00 - 15:00 and Friday from 06:00 - 12:00 with paid breaks! The afternoonshift is from Monday through Thursday from 14:45 - 23:45 and Friday from 12:00 - 18:00 also with paid breaks! • €3,170 to €3,668 gross per month;
• 2-shift allowance of 13.3% on top of your salary;

• €0.23 per kilometre travel allowance, temporarily increased to €0.25;

Functie-eisen You don't need years of experience working in a cleanroom. Perhaps you have experience in production, assembly, engineering or even a completely different industry. As long as you work accurately and enjoy learning new things, you can succeed in this role.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an affinity with technology and/or production;
• Works accurately and has a strong eye for quality;
• Is interested in high-tech products;
• Is willing to work in a 2-shift system;
• Speaks either Dutch or English;
• Enjoys working as part of a team and has a positive attitude.

Experience with technical drawings or previous cleanroom experience is a plus, but certainly not a requirement. Over het bedrijf You will join an innovative high-tech organisation in Tilburg.
