ASML's Supplier Operations department is responsible for structuring and improving complex supply chain processes to ensure operational excellence. Within this department, the Supplier Operations Excellence - Deployment team focuses on implementing standardized processes and driving change initiatives that enable scalability and efficiency. It plays a key role in embedding these processes into the organization by maintaining documentation, coordinating onboarding training, and supporting process deployments. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to these efforts, gain insights into strategic supply chain management, and work closely with stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment.
Your assignment
- Maintain the Supplier Operations document portal by uploading and reviewing work instructions
- Analyze progress on document updates and training completion
- Coordinate onboarding training for Supplier Operations colleagues
- Support deployment leads by preparing communication and training materials
- Perform data analysis to define scope and benefits of deployments
- Are a Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Have strong organizational and communication skills
- Are proactive, curious, and able to work independently
- Have experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel is a must)
- Enjoy working in a structured way and engaging with stakeholders
Other requirements you need to meet:
- You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
- Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
- You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter needs to include the willingness to relocate.
- If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
