What You Will Do:
- Plan: daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflows and timely execution.
- Create: backup plans to address unexpected absences or disruptions in the schedule.
- Lead: daily PCM meetings to update the team on performance, planning, and company news.

- Conduct: monthly performance reviews to support team development and identify growth opportunities.
