Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West, a vibrant and colourful hotel and Amsterdam Congress Center, featuring 476 rooms and 20 meeting rooms conveniently located next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station and easily reachable for both guests and team members by car and public transport. The hotel is designed by the renowned designer Karim Rashid. The hotel is part of the VEN complex, meaning it shares the building with Holland Casino, LimeHome apartments, World of Karaoke and Restaurant Azura. Essential ingredients:

• You have a welcoming attitude are a team player and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.

• Flexible availability for various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work closing shifts (ending between 12 AM and 1 AM) and travel home afterward.

• Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!

Responsibilities:

• Delivering fantastic service to our guests across all F&B Outlets, with the focus on the bar and restaurant.

• Delivering unforgettable moments to our guests in all F&B Outlets.

• Ensuring smooth operations by setting up and checking the meeting rooms

• Preparing guest bills and handling the payment

• Solving guest complaints with creativity and a positive approach

• Bringing new ideas to enhance the guest experience and improve operations
