Wat je gaat doen As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. You will work in a technically challenging and hygienic environment, where quality, safety, and teamwork are key. Together with your colleagues, you make sure production runs flawlessly and that customers around the world receive high-quality products.Your responsibilities

• Operating and setting up large production machines.
• Performing checks and quality measurements during production.
• Monitoring the process and acting quickly in case of malfunctions.
• Carrying out minor maintenance and reporting technical issues.
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment.
• Working closely with your team to meet the production planning.With you team you will be working in a 3-shift system.

• A starting salary between €3,650 and €4,100 gross per month (this is including (shift-)allowances).

• Experience as an operator and technical eduation.
• Available to work in a 3-shift system.
• Good command of the English language and preferably basic Dutch
• You have your own accommodation and transport.
• You work accurately and value quality and safety.
• You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently.
• Affinity with the agricultural sector is a plus.
