De Plesman is based in a historic monument, and has been transformed into a brand-new lifestyle hospitality concept. All the (wonderful - if we can say so) basics are here: an astonishing monumental building, a restaurant, a bar, a gym and meeting rooms. But de Plesman is not your regular hotel, we do things differently around here.

What will you be doing at De Plesman?
You will be involved in all activities related to the front desk at the hotel: checking guests in and out, answering guests' questions, maintaining and processing records.
Being the first point of contact for our Residence.
Responding to guest questions and comments.
We also encourage everybody to be pro-active in approaching our guests with good ideas for outings, restaurants in the neighborhood or events that are happening in the area. We believe it is key that you are able to inspire our guests (by going the extra mile) tailored to their needs.
Small print:
You have just (or almost) finished your schooling (MBO4 preferably hotel management or similiar)
You have 0,5 - 1 years of experience in hospitality business or in a guest facing role (this experience may have been as a side job or in an internship)
Good understanding of our PMS called MEWS would be a plus
You speak English fluently
You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague
