What does the job include?As a Spa Public Area Attendant (Stylist), you ensure that all Away Spa public areas are sparkling, shining and impeccably clean creating the perfect escape for our guests.
You:
Support Spa operations as part of a larger team dedicated to making guest dreams come true
Are in the know: the expert on all Away Spa and hotel facilities
Follow service standards and procedures from start to finish
Maintain a clean, polished and professional appearance
Bring the Whatever/Whenever® service to life by connecting with guests and personalizing their experience
Work rotating shifts, evenings and weekends are busiest
Prepare your shift thoroughly and ensure smooth handovers
Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
Collaborate flexibly with Style, Spa, Engineering, Welcome Desk and Laundry
Communicate clearly with your team and other departments
Host guests throughout the Spa journey with full knowledge of all areas
Maintain presence on the WET Deck and Lounge area
Take drink and food orders from the Spa menu
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
Ensure correct usage of machinery and cleaning supplies
Put the guest at the center of everything any task that creates a memorable experience is part of your role

Minimum of one‑year experience in a similar role
Fluency in English
Dutch or other languages are appreciated
Experience in the luxury segment is an advantage
