We are KOKO, a japanese restaurant, looking for a passionate Independent
Working Chef Level I to join our kitchen team. Are you a skilled chef who thrives in the kitchen? As
our chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes and meal
components. You will work under the guidance of our head chef or owner but can also independently
manage the kitchen when needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with fellow chefs and, if
required, supervise kitchen assistants. You will follow established guidelines regarding ingredients,

Your Responsibilities:
- Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
- Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as
needed.
- Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
- Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
- Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
- Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
- Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
- Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus, the menu list, and
working methods
