- You'll assist customers via phone and email, answering their technical questions.
- You'll dive into problems, analyze them, and come up with clear solutions.
- You'll identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements.
- You'll perform QA tests to ensure the quality of our software.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work full-time from our office in the Hilversum region. There are plenty of opportunities to grow within the company - for example, into a more senior role within customer service or even another department. What we offer- Salary: €2,500 - €3,000 gross monthly.
