Your Role
- Develop and implement quality plans across diverse projects.
- Create inspection plans and ensure quality control at every stage.
- Safeguard quality requirements throughout the entire supply chain.
- Draft and review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Act as the key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support and conduct internal and external audits (e.g., AS9100).
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Solid understanding of internal and external audit processes.
- Experience in aerospace or composite manufacturing is a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills.
- Process-oriented, with experience in developing and implementing quality procedures.
- Technical understanding of inspection methods and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Familiarity with Lean principles is an advantage.
