Overview

Skillfinder International is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead a large-scale SimCorp Dimension (SCD) implementation programme within a major financial services environment.

This role requires an experienced project leader capable of managing complex multi-stream delivery, engaging with C-level stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation across multiple business and technology workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale SimCorp Dimension implementation projects
• Oversee multiple project streams, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders
• Drive scope, planning, governance, and delivery across the full project lifecycle
• Manage relationships with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and business units to ensure project success
• Maintain strong project controls including scope management, reporting, and risk management

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience with SimCorp Dimension (SCD) implementations
• Extensive experience managing complex multi-stream implementation programmes
• PMI Certification (or equivalent project management certification)
• Advanced scope and delivery management expertise
• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle management
• Financial services industry experience is essential
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement
