Wat je gaat doen As a factory worker at IFF, you will play a key role in the production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality flavors used around the world. You’ll be responsible for transforming flavorings into powders, ensuring precision and consistency at every step.

Your responsibilities:

• Accurately collect and weigh raw materials according to quality standards;
• Add raw materials to machinery and monitor the process closely;
• Follow recipes and blend ingredients to create premium flavor combinations;
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.

Working Hours

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

Wat we je bieden

• Competitive hourly wage of €17.15 excluding shift allowance;
• 20.5% shift allowance for 3 shift work, applied to all hours;
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday pay, and a 13th month payment;
• Possibility of a contract at IFF upon good performance;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km.

Functie-eisen

• Experience within a production environment with physically demanding work;
• Flexible availability to work in 3 shifts;
• Good command of Dutch or English B1 level;
• Physically fit able to lift 23 kg bags and comfortable working with strong scents;
• You work well in a team and contribute positively to a shared goal.
