In this role, you will orchestrate the transformation of Salesforce’s Northern Europe strategy, collaborating directly with the CEO and the Enterprise sales teams. You will work with our largest Nordic customers to design and deliver AI‑driven strategies that fundamentally change how they operate and compete. This role blends frontline commercial execution with autonomous strategic leadership, partnering on the most complex, high‑value opportunities across the Benelux and engaging directly with C‑level executives to close transformative deals.
Your Impact & Responsibilities- Define Commercial Strategy: Take ownership of defining the commercial "North Star" for your accounts; identify or shape the highest‑value opportunities, prioritize autonomously, and build a clear path from first insight to signed deal.
- Orchestrate Agentforce Transformations: Work with customers to envision and articulate how Agentforce and autonomous AI can fundamentally re‑engineer their core business processes—translate that vision into compelling, board‑level narratives.
- Build Investment Theses: Develop and defend high‑impact investment theses, analyze key business value drivers, quantify business value, and build C‑level consensus to secure buy‑in for the next generation of Salesforce ecosystems.
- Master Complex Deal Structuring: Engineer sophisticated deal structures and commercial proposals; articulate long‑term strategic and financial value and resolve customer constraints for the most ambitious proposals.
- C‑Level Influence: Create and deliver "Visionary Propositions" to CxOs, serving as a trusted advisor for their most critical technology and business model decisions.
- Top‑Tier Strategy Consulting: 5+ years of experience (or 3+ years post‑MBA) at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain.
- Agentic Mindset: Self‑starter with high "activation energy" who identifies gaps and closes them before being asked.
- Analytical Rigour: Best‑in‑class problem‑solving skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive executive decisions.
- Executive Presence: Credible, confident voice in C‑suite conversations; able to challenge, advise, and secure recommendations that stick.
- Tech‑Forward: Deep passion for the Enterprise Software industry and the evolution of AI/Autonomous agents.
- Commercial Drive: Desire to win and experience high‑impact commercial environments where strategic thinking and value articulation drive lasting partnerships.
