Job Purpose and Impact
The Digital Media & Marketing Communications Specialist will coordinate the development of marketing communications materials to effectively represent the organization's products, services, brands and the organization to customers and prospects. In this role, you will create moderately complex visual solutions to communicate information about the organization's products or services. For the region continental North West Europe (Benelux, Germany, Austria, and Denmark) you work by yourself and you have peers in the other geographies. You organize multiple large marketing events (such as conferences, seminars, customer events) throughout the year and work with third-party designers. In this role, you work with many stakeholders in the organization, mostly with the local sales team and the European marketing organization to align marketing initiatives across the region.
Key Accountabilities
Execute and coordinate medium scale, multi channel marketing communications and promotion efforts.
Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
Organize small, medium and large scale events, that brings time pressure and deadlines at times; collaborate with many stakeholders in the organization; a hands-on and proactive mentality is essential for this role.
Help design, develop and implement marketing programs and pricing strategies to support the organization's products, services or market sector.
Use general knowledge to create graphic presentations that communicate mood, emphasis, insight, viewpoint and similar visual impressions.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Fluent in Dutch and English
Preferred Qualifications
- German is a plus
- Affinity with the agricultural or food sector
