You have my attention
Not everyone can pay for everything upfront. And that's okay. Here, they find ways to make it possible: flexible financing options for individuals and businesses, plus services that make customers' lives easier. From insurance to maintenance programs, everything is clear, efficient and user-friendly. At the same time, they support partners with the right stock and information, ensuring only satisfied clients.
High-performance, mission-critical systems keep Europe's mobility running smoothly. From their tech hub, they design and deliver digital solutions that power business fleets across the continent. IT isn't just a support function here, it is the business. Every process, every integration, every transaction depends on the systems you test.
Now you have my curiosity
As a Test Engineer, you'll be right in the middle of an international, fast-moving environment. You design, script and execute test cases that turn ideas into dependable, production-ready systems. You'll work closely with developers, architects and product owners to make sure everything fits together, from complex back-end logic to third-party integrations. You automate where it makes sense, document what matters and continuously improve processes to raise the overall quality of the systems.
These are mission-critical financial systems used by customers and partners worldwide. Every payment, contract and report depends on your work being precise and reliable. You make sure updates run smoothly, data stays accurate and every release meets high regulatory and compliance standards. And you do it as Agile as possible. Whether it's Scrum or Kanban, you know how to keep momentum high and feedback loops tight. You like your systems the way others like their products: fast, reliable and built to last.
And from a more technical point of view?
Alright, let's get specific. You've spent a few years in software testing, preferably in corporate or regulated environments. You're comfortable with test processes and tools, and you can design and execute both manual and automated tests. You've worked with APIs, SQL and automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress or OpenAPI. You're familiar with tools such as JIRA Xray, GIT and Confluence, and you understand regression testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Bonus points if you hold certifications such as ISTQB Advanced or TMap NEXT, and if tools like K9s, Camunda, SOAP UI or JMeter sound familiar. Maybe you even know some Java. Above all, you're accurate, proactive and thrive on improving financial systems and processes one test at a time. And yes, you speak and write English fluently.
So this testing thing, what does it pay?
Pretty good, to be honest. Expect a salary up to €70.000 gross per year with solid benefits, a hybrid setup that lets you work from home and from the office, and colleagues who actually care about building great software. Think flexibility, growth opportunities and a culture where quality isn't an afterthought, it's the main event. Precision matters here. So, ready to shift your career into high gear?
