The successful candidate will develop, maintain, and optimise blockchain protocols and applications using the Substrate framework.

Responsibilities- Design and implement decentralised applications (dApps) using Substrate and Rust.
- Develop robust and secure smart contracts and pallets.
- Optimize and maintain existing blockchain applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and solve blockchain-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Rust programming, with a strong grasp of its paradigms, memory management, and concurrency patterns.
- Demonstrated experience with Substrate framework and blockchain technology.
- Experience with basic cryptographic primitives (hashing, signing).
- Knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, and decentralized technologies.
