As our Business Intelligence Intern, you will play an important role in our organisation by building automated data pipelines, creating dashboards, and gathering actionable insights to support our business strategies.

What you will be doing- Analytical problem solving and Business analysis: Break down business problems and use data-driven methods to get valuable insights (e.g., customer retention, cost-usage analysis).
- ETL Development & data integration: Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines to consolidate data from various raw data sources and integrate them into a unified database ensuring consistency, accuracy, reliability, and quality of the data.
- Data visualisation: Create and improve Tableau dashboards, focusing on usability and performance to empower internal users with actionable insights and data-driven decision making (e.g., Product KPIs, Portfolio activity).
- Report and Documentation: Support with internal reports (e.g., monthly usage report, investors report) and contribute to the maintenance of documentation (ETL processes, data integration workflows, and database schemas).
- Currently enrolled or recently completed a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, database architecture, and management.
- Proactivity and self-motivation with a desire to learn and grow in the field of business intelligence or business engineering.
- Ability to extract and organise BI requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge or interest in visualisation tools (Tableau).
- Fluent in written and spoken business English.
