As an industrial electrician, you are the key to keeping the modern machine park running smoothly. You are responsible for installing, connecting, and maintaining all electrical installations within the company. You ensure that malfunctions are detected and resolved quickly, so production always runs efficiently. In this role, you work closely with various departments and contribute to a safe and effective work environment.
On a typical workday, you start with a brief handover with colleagues from the previous shift. Then, you move on to preventive maintenance, carrying out maintenance schedules, and solving faults. You maintain machine logs, determine the routing of wiring and cables, and ensure proper grounding of installations. You communicate frequently with operators and other technical specialists to get the most out of the machinery together.

What we require- MBO level of working and thinking (electrical engineering or similar)
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience as an industrial electrician
- Excellent command of Dutch, English, and German
- You live in the Venlo region
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
- You work accurately, are solution-oriented, and can collaborate well
- Attractive gross monthly salary between €3,300 and €3,900, excluding shift allowance
- Full-time position (38 hours per week) in 3-shift rotation
- 27 vacation days and 8% holiday pay
