We are immediately seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer- Customer Care to expand our Repair & Modernisation team in Amersfoort/Gorinchem.

At AMF Bakery Systems, you will work on the future of industrial bakery machines: from designing new electrical schematics to renewing existing designs and devising solutions for customers who cannot afford to stand still.

What do we offer you?
Monthly salary between €3,500.00 and €4,500.00 based on a 40-hour workweek (depending on your knowledge and experience), excluding allowances.
Travel allowance (€0.23 per km) and an excellent pension plan (PME).
Long-term employment contract (we are not looking for freelancers/contractors).

Responsibilities of Hardware Engineer- Customer Care
Electrical design of industrial bakery machines.
Design solutions for end-of-life products.
Out-of-the-box solutions for customers who are at a standstill.
Redesigning designs based on current production techniques.
Visiting customers to design the best solution.
Ensuring the correct data in our e-Plan -> ERP systems.
Optimizing processes and software (IT) for our legacy data.
You work closely with other experts to develop the right technological solutions for our customers.
You participate in multidisciplinary projects.
Ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance of the drawing package.
Requirements
Graduated in controls engineering or 3 years of experience.
1-3 years of experience in the industry (food industry is a plus).
Demonstrable affinity with hardware engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
Autonomy and sense of responsibility.
Systematic work attitude, goal-oriented.
Mindset 'continuous improvement'.
