How do you make our customers happy?By ensuring millions of customers enjoy a seamless, secure login experience. Login is the very first interaction customers have with the bol platform. To keep it delightful, the experience must be frictionless, trustworthy, and invisible. As the Security Lead for Secure Login, you own one of bol’s most critical cross-domain capabilities. You connect the product vision for identity and authentication to bol’s broader business and security strategy, translating that vision into plans that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business. Your work safeguards customer trust while enabling bol to grow safely at scale.
The biggest challengeSecure Login operates at the intersection of customer experience, cybersecurity, compliance, and platform architecture. It is a high-impact domain where even small changes can have far-reaching consequences. The core challenge is balancing long-term identity and security strategy with short- term business and operational needs. You’ll navigate competing priorities across engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, commercial teams, and customer experience, ensuring shared understanding of outcomes and trade-offs. You’ll excel by making thoughtful trade-offs, clearly articulating risk, and bringing people together in an environment where trust, availability, and security are non‑negotiable.
