Your Role in Our Team- Be the Expert: Analyze client needs and design ERP solutions that make a real impact.
- Shape the Future: Configure and customize ERP modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, CRM) to fit unique business challenges.
- Lead Transformations: Drive seamless ERP implementations and integrations across enterprise systems.
- Ensure Excellence: Conduct rigorous testing and deliver flawless deployments.
- Empower People: Train users and provide ongoing support to maximize adoption.
- Innovate: Spot opportunities for process optimization and recommend best practices.
- Collaborate: Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and beyond expectations.
- Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in ERP consulting (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Tech Skills: ERP configuration, SQL, data migration, integration tools.
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem solving, and top‑notch communication.
- Bonus Points: ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and experience in multi‑industry projects.
