As a
Sales Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in supporting business growth by connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This position is more than just filling calendars — you will help companies identify smarter, safer, and more sustainable ways of operating by introducing them to the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads and schedule appointments for the sales team through a structured outreach process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline by prioritizing leads, following up consistently, and guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
- Conduct research on prospects to prepare for conversations and ensure relevant, high-quality appointments.
- Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition and handle objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Keep customer information up to date based on recent communication, needs, and appointment outcomes.
- Use internal systems for accurate data entry and performance tracking.
- Support additional tasks related to customer engagement and sales development.
