YOUR INTERNSHIP ASSIGNMENT
Depending on your educational background:
Coordination and supervision (Logistics Team Leader, MBO 3):
- Guiding and coordinating logistics activities;
- Monitoring work processes and safety on the shop floor;
- Managing materials, equipment and inventory;
- Supporting the execution and improvement of logistics processes.
- Overseeing the execution of the overall logistics process and transportation;
- Analyzing and improving work processes;
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Planning capacity and workforce allocation;
- Contributing to employee development, recruitment and selection.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are enrolled in a vocational (MBO) program to become a Logistics Team Leader (3) or Logistics Supervisor (4) or you are enrolled in a bachelor's program related to Logistics or Supply Chain Management;
- You are 18 years or older;
- English is the working language of the team, so proficiency in English is an advantage;
- You have a proactive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team;
- You can set priorities and maintain an overview, even during busy periods;
- You are accurate, safety-conscious and results-oriented;
- You are curious about all aspects of logistics and want to gain experience that will help you in your future career.
- An internship allowance of €500 based on a 40-hour working week;
- Travel allowance;
- Guidance from experienced colleagues who will teach you all about logistics processes;
- A dynamic learning environment within an international logistics organization.
