As an Inbound Transport Planner, you are responsible for planning and monitoring incoming container shipments via rail and ocean freight.
Your tasks include:
- Planning and monitoring inbound containers (rail & ocean).
- Quickly resolving delays or deviations by taking immediate action.
- Maintaining daily contact with carriers, customers, and internal departments.
- Administrative processing of transport data in the FIS system.
- Actively contributing ideas for process improvements within inbound planning.
You will be part of a team of 8 experienced planners, working day shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.

- A completed MBO level 4 education (preferably in logistics).
- Good command of both German and English.
- Experience with Excel.
- A precise, independent, and structured working approach.
