You lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Inside Sales team while ensuring excellent service quality and long-term customer relationships. What you'll doCoach, and develop the Inside Sales team to maximize performance and engagement.
Own and drive team sales results, margins, and KPIs.
Perform daily checks on margins and pricing for sales orders and quotations; discuss deviations proactively with the team.
Manage key accounts and ensure excellent customer relationships and service quality.
Safeguard accurate sales administration, pricing, and reporting.
Identify and realize up- and cross?'selling opportunities to support sustainable growth.
HBO work and think level.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
Minimum of 2 years of management/Team Lead experience.
Strong analytical skills.
English min. C1 + one other language.
Available to work minimum 40h per week, 9:30 to 18:00.

What we offer
Salary between €4,250 and €5,250 gross per month.
